Opening of EBG’s site in Shenzhen, China. Since that time, the production of metal film resistors has largely been conducted at this site. Thick film resistors for the Chinese market are also produced here.

Headquartered in Kirchbach in Styria, EBG specialized in the development and production of passive electronic components over 40 years ago. While the focus was on metal film technology in the beginning, EBG soon became a specialist for high-voltage and high-power resistors manufactured using metal oxide thick film technology.
